Limited edition chopsticks to commemorate the 60th anniversary of Astro Boy which envisioned the 21st century's future.

With keywords "NEXT Atom - the next 20 years" and "Connecting to the Future 'ASTRO BOY'," these chopsticks were crafted while imagining the bright future of Earth and space that Astro Boy gazes upon and hopes of sparking new considerations about the use and disposal of plastic.

Based on a black color scheme, the chopsticks are adorned with crushed ocean plastic waste from the sparkling shells and the sandy shores of Wakasa Bay, processed into designs using the traditional Wakasa-nuri lacquer technique.
