Shipping Policy

Overview

We currently ship from Australia to the following destinations:

  • Australia

  • New Zealand

  • Singapore

  • United States

  • Canada

We work hard to ensure your order arrives safely and as quickly as possible. Please read the information below before placing your order, as it outlines important shipping, customs, and delivery details.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.

 


 

Delivery Estimates

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout as a guide only. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • customs processing

  • carrier delays

  • weather disruptions

  • peak shipping periods

  • transportation issues outside our control

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are managed by the shipping carrier and local customs authorities.

 


 

Shipping Rates

We offer flat shipping rates that are calculated during checkout depending on the country.

From time to time, we may update shipping rates, carriers, or delivery methods to ensure we continue providing reliable service.

 


 

Tracking Your Order

We will send you your tracking details once the delivery is shipped.

We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking updates and ensuring someone is available to receive the parcel if required.

Please note that missed delivery attempts or failure to monitor tracking updates may result in delays, return fees, or additional reshipping costs.

 


 

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

We are unable to take responsibility for parcels delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • an incorrect address

  • failed delivery attempts

  • refusal to collect the parcel

additional shipping fees may apply before the order can be resent.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 


 

International Shipping & Duties (DDP)

For customers in New Zealand, Singapore, the USA, and Canada we ship using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) services where available.

This means applicable duties, taxes, VAT, and import fees are generally included at checkout, so your order should arrive without additional customs charges on delivery.

In rare cases where customs authorities apply extra charges outside of our DDP arrangements, these fees remain the responsibility of the customer.

If shipping regulations or carrier services change unexpectedly, we may need to cancel or refund orders to certain destinations.

 


 

Customs, Refused Deliveries & Returned Parcels

If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, abandoned, or cannot be cleared through customs, it may be returned to us or destroyed by the shipping carrier or customs authority.

In these situations:

  • original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • return shipping and customs fees may be deducted from any eligible refund

  • additional reshipping charges may apply if you would like the parcel sent again

Unfortunately, if a parcel is abandoned or destroyed by customs authorities, we are unable to issue a refund.

Customers are responsible for ensuring products can legally be imported into their destination country before placing an order.

 


 

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Parcels

If your parcel appears delayed, we’re always happy to help investigate with the carrier.

A parcel is considered officially lost only after the shipping carrier completes their investigation process, which can take several weeks depending on the destination and shipping method.

Please note we are unable to take responsibility for:

  • parcels marked as delivered by the carrier

  • stolen parcels after delivery

  • delays caused by customs or shipping carriers

We strongly recommend selecting a secure delivery address whenever possible.

If shipping protection is purchased at checkout, claims will be handled according to the provider’s coverage terms.

 


 

Shipping Restrictions

To protect both our customers and our business, we reserve the right to:

  • limit or refuse shipping to certain destinations

  • cancel orders flagged as high-risk or potentially fraudulent

  • request additional verification before dispatch
